HOW TO BOOK

1. Make a provisional booking

Call Vectis Youth camps now to make a provisional booking, we will then send you a booking form and any other details you require.

2. Confirm the booking

We will hold your provisional booking for 14 days. We then ask you to confirm the booking by sending your completed Booking Form, together with your deposit.

3. Equipment form and final numbers

About 12 weeks before the start of your camp you should return your equipment form and nominal roll for your camp. We will then send you an invoice for the balance of your camp.

4. Balance payment

The full balance for your camp is due 8 weeks before the start of your camp.

5. Final statement

Your final invoice will be charges for gas and electricity used during your camp. This should be paid by the last day of your camp before your departure. Please note all other payments must be made before the start of your camp.
